One of my favorite things about the group fitness industry is when instructors genuinely cheer each other on.
🩵 Take each other's classes.
🩷 Celebrate packed rooms.
🩵 Recommend each other when you can't sub.
🩷 Clap a little louder for someone's first class.
🩵 Remind each other why we started.
The strongest fitness communities aren't built by competition, they're built by instructors who choose collaboration over comparison.
Be the instructor who makes another instructor feel like they belong. We all rise together. ✨

🚨 I have a confession... I've been arrested.
Charges include: 🚔 First-degree "ONE MORE TIME" fraud. 🕺 Excessive hip rolls. 🎉 Causing spontaneous dance parties.
I plead guilty. 😂
To be fair, if everyone's smiling, sweating, and forgetting they're even working out... was it really a crime?
To everyone who shows up, sings along, dances like nobody's watching, and always falls for "just one more time"... thank you for making every class the best part of my day. 🩷
Now excuse me while I go commit these offenses all over again. 😜

For years, I taught group fitness because I loved it.
