Toothpaste might seem like a quick fix for a breakout--but it's NOT skin friendly. Most formulas are packed with drying agents, harsh abrasives, and a high pH that disrupts your skin's natural barrier. That can lead to MORE breakouts, redness, irritation, or even burns 😱

Toothpaste pH: ~8-10 (alkaline)
Skin's ideal pH: ~4.7-5.5 (slightly acidic)
That imbalance creates the perfect storm for dryness, inflammation, and unwanted bacteria growth.
