Thai massage is an ancient healing practice that involves active movement and stretching of your limbs and muscles.
Thai massage is often referred to as “assisted yoga” or if you’re feeling sassy “lazy yoga” because your therapist guides your body through yoga-like stretches mixed with compressions, rhythmic movement.
During a Thai massage you’ll be on a Thai mat in comfortable clothes that allow movement. Your therapist will slowly and gently move your body through mindful movements and multiple stretches, using the weight and pressure of their body to assist you.
Folks leave a Thai massage feeling tension relief, increased mobility and flexibility, more energy and open, balanced, and present in your body.
