I just took a happy quiz and scored an 11 out of 21. Surprised yes .. shocked no
Prior to taking the quiz I knew I was having cortisol issues, fatigue, poor sleep, bad eating habits, low energy, and inflammation issues. My results just confirmed it for me
Here’s my plan.. I did some research and I’m starting a plant based protocol that boosts serotonin, lowers cortisol, reduces sugar cravings, improves sleep (I really need this), decreases inflammation (help me stop my turmeric), and gives me back all my missing energy!
When I take this quiz next time I’m going to have more energy, sleep through the night, get rid of a few extra pounds of body weight. And I won’t struggle as much hiking in the mountains like I did in Oct!
