Today I chose a yellow dragon fruit. Taste wise it is between a pear and kiwi. Very healthy, tasty, and light on the stomach.

Remember consistent massages are important after surgery. Drink lots of fluid, compress, and feed the fat if you've had a bbl but most importantly trust the process.

Wearing a faja promotes compression after surgery. And while the swelling is totally normal, it is one of the biggest things patients have to deal with after the fact.

It really disappointing to see people invest all this time, money, and energy into getting surgery just to turn around and be big the following year.

Just because you have surgery does not mean that you can eat whatever you want and don't need to exercise. Remember, it's a lifestyle change. Everything in moderation.
