This past week I had the awesome experience of a second ashiatsu (ashi meaning feet atsu meaning pressure in Japanese) training this year! Mad props to Amy Reaves with Deep Feet Missouri and Whitney D***s at Bella Jade in Rogers! I am now ready to "walk" all over you!
Thanks for being my road trip partner Jessica Beins with The Body Balance!

It's Finally here!
✨Applied Bio-Mechanics✨
Recently I attended training in this amazing body work called, Applied Bio-Mechanics!
And what is Applied Bio-Mechanics?
Let me tell you about it.
Applied Bio-Mechanics is a gentle, non-invasive technique that facilitates the body’s inherent healing capabilities.
It's a soft tissue therapy designed to locate and remove:
• muscular contractions
• spasms
• restrictions to the normal range of motion
The therapeutic goal of this work is to improve:
• balance
• coordination
• function
• rest
**This is not a massage and will require some standing in a hospital gown to be measured! Message me for more info!**
