Hello friends. This is a tough post to make, but as we all know the only constant in life is change and we have to put our health first.

I have recently found out I will be having serious open heart surgery this fall to treat a congenital heart condition I was born with.
Because of the surgery and recovery time, I have made the difficult choice to step away from working behind the chair and have accepted a work from home position.
The healing process will be long and working from home beforehand will also provide me with less stress mentally and physically.

My last day at the salon is set for Saturday, April 11th. I am so extremely grateful for all your support during the past nearly three years at Golden Hour and I am even more grateful for your understanding during this very difficult time for me.

Clients who have an appointment after April 11th- I will be reaching out directly to you to discuss seeing you sooner, if possible. I will be reaching out to my regular clients directly to recommend a stylist to care for you during my absence. Rest assured that I have been thinking hard on this and I will try my darnedest to match you with a stylist who is the best fit for both your hair needs and personality. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact myself or the salon

I thank you once again for your kindness, understanding, and encouragement during this time. I am so grateful for all the love I am receiving and for each of your unique imprints on my life over the past years. I know change is hard, but I also know I will be leaving you in the most talented, capable, and kind hands.
