It’s been awhile since I’ve updated anyone on what’s been going on in my life, but unfortunately I do come with some pretty sad news. When we moved into this house a year ago we were under the impression that we would be long term tenants (because that’s what we were told 😵‍💫) but recently we were informed that our landlord doesn’t want to resign a year long lease because he wants to move back into this house so Dakota and I have been going crazy trying to find a new place to live with such short notice. Good news, we found a cute condo that we fell in love with and will be moving into starting April 1st, but the bad news is, there is no space for me to continue doing hair. I’m feeling pretty bittersweet about this whole situation because while I LOVE doing hair and I adore every one of you for your support and kindness, doing color services has been making me sick for about a year now. I took a break in October to regroup myself and give myself a break and to see if why I was experiencing so many respiratory issues was because of hair and I discovered that it was. I have pretty crappy lungs anyways because it took me so long to quit va**ng and I’ve had bronchitis and pneumonia more times than a single person should have but there’s something I use in the salon that makes it soooooo much worse. I haven’t been able to pinpoint exactly what it is but the very few color services I did for family members about a month ago had me puffing on an inhaler like crazy. I can’t imagine never doing hair again so I’m trying to figure out what my next steps are but I guess what I’m trying to say is for the foreseeable future, I won’t be doing hair at all. I’m hoping someday when things start to straighten out maybe we can jump back into it but as of right now, this is goodbye from Logan’s Cosmo 🫶🏻 It’s seriously been such an amazing 5 years and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I have the best clients in the whole world and I hope you guys continue getting the best color services done by one of the girls at Suite Hair Do 👀 I appreciate you all for your patience with me and If anyone has any questions or needs to talk, please feel free to text me! 🩷 -Logan

It’s officially August which means we’re inching closer and closer to the best time of the year 🍂 With that being said, I sent out a mass email a couple of days ago (if you didn’t receive one, please reach out at some point so I can get an updated email address on file for you as that’s normally where I send any important info) stating that I’ll be taking the whole month of October off from doing hair. As most everyone knows, I have another job that I absolutely adore and our busiest time of the year is autumn, I’ve decided to take on extra days to help out and for the sake of my mental health, this is something I need to do to ensure I’m allowing myself to have at least a couple days off a month because I’m terrible overworking myself 🤪 Thank you all for your patience and if you’re wanting to book an appointment for September please reach out ASAP as I have very very limited availability. I’m also going ahead and booking for November so if September doesn’t work we can get you on the schedule before it fills up!

it’s been almost 2 years since the last time we put any color on her hair. today we did a full extension install, an all over lightening session, a full custom color all over, blow out and hair cut. it was 6 hours of work hut completely worth the end result! 😻🔥

my time at has officially come to an end (actually on the 28th but you get the idea). my salon experiences have been a roller coaster for still being so early in my career. my first one was just absolutely horrible and i considered not doing hair anymore if that’s what the beauty industry was like. but about 8 months into my journey as a hairstylist i met the lovely and amazing .does.my.hair . i started booth renting and being an independent stylist pretty much straight out of beauty school which was TERRIFYING, but alex and her salon made me positive i was making the right decision. my almost 2 1/2 years at suite hair-do has been nothing short of amazing and so fulfilling. i met so many amazing clients and people, some who i even consider to be friends now. i was able to grow as a hairstylist and a business owner in a safe space with the best co-workers ( & ) who both taught me so much about the industry and hair in general. leaving suite hair-do is so bittersweet because i watched it flourish from the beginning when it was just me and alex in our spaces but when life gives you lemons, an amazing opportunity opened up for me and i have to go with my heart. this salon and my little salon family will always have a special place in my heart. thank you alex for giving me a spot in your salon and thank you to my clients for continuing to give me your business and support. this truly wouldn’t be possible without all of you 🩷

full highlight & lowlight and then a color melt with THREE different toners. when i say you’re getting a custom color in my chair, it’s actually CUSTOM. these toner formulations made me feel like i was a chemist 👀
