Shay's and Imagine is looking for a stylist who is able to take some new clients!
Must be willing to do basic daily chores that salons require! (Open, help with laundry, clean do errands, walk the puppy etc)!
We would love someone who has some experience with balayage, must be able to cut men’s and women’s hair,colour experience is also a must and smoothing treatment experience would be a bonus!
Experience with any type of online scheduling system would be awesome but not mandatory! We can train you on that! If you are a newer stylist don’t be afraid to apply as we can help you hone in your cut and colour skills, but must be confident with your basic knowledge and be open to help! We love to mentor when needed, but we are very busy and need a stylist that is confident enough to take some clients right away!

We are looking for a stylist who is friendly, energetic, self motivated, interested in continued education,working with more organic types of products and isn't afraid to help out and learn!

Hourly-$12 plus tips

We are looking for a stylist who is able to take some new clients! Applicants must be able to cut and colour men’s and women’s hair!
This position is perfect for someone who needs to build their clientele!
Must be willing to do basic daily chores that salons require! (Open, help with laundry, clean do errands, walk the puppy etc)! When not with a client if course!;)

We are needing someone for about 30 hours per week, must be able to open a few days, be able to work 1-2 evening shifts and a minimum of 2 saturdays per month.
We are Covid compliant! Even our higher risk guests feel comfortable coming to see us for their hair! We are located in the heart of berry hill and have great parking right out front! Staff parks out back!

COVID-19 update from SHAY’S and IMAGINE

Effective Monday March 23rd we will close for a minimum of 2 weeks. We will try to re-open on Monday April 6th, 2020.

Even though we are strictly following health department guidelines and the state has not announced that we must close as of yet, we feel this is the best decision at this time for the safety of our amazing guests and and fabulous staff.

During this brief little hair break, please don’t let “box” colour tempt you! Find a cute hat and we will be back to take care of you soon!🥰

None of us knows what direction this situation will go from here, but all signs indicate that things will get worse, possibly much worse, before they get better. For that reason We need to be part of the solution, rather than the problem. Shay’s/ imagine has decided to stay open for the moment with STRICT PRECAUTIONS! Shay has also offered to waive rent to booth rent staff and hourly / commission staff will get a little payout for the next 2 weeks if they decide they need to stay home. Just trying to do the right thing!

I have been trying to figure out what the responsible thing is to do in this situation. I have been in business sine 2002 and this is one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make.We will be open this week under STRICT PRECAUTIONS!
THE DOOR WILL BE LOCKED WHEN YOU ARRIVE. YOUR STYLIST WILL TEXT YOU WHEN SHE IS READY FOR YOU TO COME IN.
Hopefully the reports will be more promising by the end of the week.
