Sound Bath in the bathhouse. 2 hours of permission to start your self care Sunday off in the most epic way possible. ✨
Bring your suit 🩱- this is a sound bath where you’ll actually need it - you can chill in the chairs, lounge in the bath, take a moment for yourself in the sauna- whatever you wish. We’ll have a full hour of relaxing sound (10:15-11:15) followed by 45 mins for you to soak in the vibrations and sweet feels post-sound, all in the bathhouse.✨
