This is through Phase 3. Please know our sanitation levels will not stop.

All our Artists are spread out. We built a second salon on the lower level where 2 have moved. We have marked the “no touch zones”. Please be respectful not to sit or set items in those areas.

All high touch handles or areas are wiped frequently with an EPA sanitizer.

We will have 2 deep cleans a week from a professional company.

When you arrive, wait in your car until Bowtie (or your Artist) TEXTS YOU to come into the building. Our doors will be locked.

Please no large bags, limit to 1 item). You will hang your bag on the purse holder in your Artist’s area. Men: you may set your personal items on the bar in our Artist’s area. There will be a towel ready for your items.

Next, find the closest sink and soap/wash your hands for 20 secs. Dry you hands and come sit for your appointment.

We ask you wear a mask that fits behind your ears. We will also have disposable ones for $2. We will be wearing one. Our Mayor asks citizens to wear masks through Phase 3 of opening Nashville.

Please remain in your Artist’s chair unless you need to take a call outside or use the restroom.

Our Beverage Bar is closed through Phase 3.

Our Shampoo Lounge is a Quiet Area through Phase 3.

We have scheduled 15 mins between each Guest for sanitation. We are “wet sanitizing” which means the entire area where your services and shampoo take place will be sprayed with an EPA sanitizer and stay wet for 10 minutes. All utensils used or touched through the appointment will be sanitized.

There is no double booking.

No one is allowed in the Studio without an appointment. No one is allowed to accompany you to your appointment including children.

Our Retail area is touchless . If you need products, please ask an Artist to pull for you.

The checkout is now touchless. We are happy to email you a receipt.

Immune compromised humans may get appointments on Monday am/pm, Tues am/pm or Wed am.

We are happy to ship your professional retail products to your home.
