Tyrus is a licensed massage therapist focusing on therapeutic and deep tissue bodywork. Sessions are customized to your needs and based on length of time.
To deliver maximum relief, each session uses a hybrid of many different techniques including deep tissue, neuromuscular work, trigger point therapy, active/passive stretching and (when needed) neurostim technology. Coming soon in 2017 Thai Yoga massage. Tyrus also offers prenatal and infant massage for mother and baby as well as canine massage for dogs.

Some ideas of things to be looking for - use what's around you and be creative. A non-metal utensil with a hard, preferably flat handle (wood, plastic), golf ball, tennis ball, and a random sock. I will soon show you techniques that I use every day to treat a variety of conditions.
I'll be closing for the next two weeks. Let's all make the best of this, stay home and stay healthy. I'll be putting together a few videos to show you how treat some common conditions at home. Looking forward to seeing you all soon!
