She is dedicated to creating a body-positive, welcoming, and cozy space where clients can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Established in 2019, the Revitalize Your Roots studio is in East Nashville, nestled in the Riverside Village area of Inglewood.

Sometimes I think my clients only make appointments with me so they can get these juicy burst fruit gummies before they leave. This one was so obsessed with them that she orders cases with bigger packs, and I fully support it! 🤤
Only 6 pieces in the small packs vs however many in that big pack (minus a few).

Hi! 👋🏼 I’m Gretta, and this is my mule deer scapula (and yes, that’s also me with a pumpkin on my head).
I’m the licensed massage therapist, and one-woman show, at Revitalize Your Roots in East Nashville. I specialize in helping women, non-binary, and other LGBTQ+ folks take a break and relax. My massage style could best be described as relaxation with therapeutic work sprinkled in.
A few fun facts about me:
•I’m a Pisces, through and through, with a dash of ADHD.
•I love books about fantasy, fairies, witches, and magical lands.
•I wish we could celebrate Halloween year-round.
•I loathe shoes (as much as the Grinch loathes Christmas, before he likes it)
I freaking love my job, and have amazing clients that make me look forward to going to work. I’m super grateful for the opportunity and support I’ve received from the East Nashville community, and appreciate you being here too! 🖖🏼
