Daryl Woods, Featured Stylist and Owner of Lather Nashville can easily be described as a true “renaissance man”. Combine Daryl’s entrepreneurial spirit, education and corporate experience with a background in music, modeling as well as fitness and you will understand why his expertise has lead to his popularity as a Stylist and Certified Life Coach for clients who have celebrated success in radio, television and film. Daryl is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with an academic background in Social Work and Psychology. He is also a Certified Life Coach as well as a Certified Cosmetology Specialist. Daryl grew up in the Muscle Shoals area of North Alabama where he was able to watch many artist become music legends. That life experience fueled his passion to leave a successful corporate career in Nashville and go back to school to follow a creative path in Cosmetology. Daryl started working with clients on Nashville’s legendary “Music Row” and quickly built an extremely notable clientele. Daryl’s clients include winners of Dove Awards, ACM’s, CMA’s and Grammy’s. Daryl also works with aspiring young women who compete for and have held the titles of Miss America & Miss USA and most recently his clients have been seen on the ABC hit show, “Nashville”. Daryl was featured in the January/February 2015 UNITE Magazine as one of "Nashville's Hottest Stylists". Featured in the June edition of Nashville Lifestyles, Lather Nashville was 1st Runner-up for Best Overall Salon, Daryl Woods is 2nd Runner-up for Best Women's Cut and Daryl Woods won Best Men's Cut. Lather Nashville also won the 2015 Toast Of Music City's "Best Hair Salon" by The Tennessean.
