Here is a little bit about her!

Hi my name is Lexi!

I chose the hair industry because I genuinely love uplifting others and helping people feel confident and beautiful. I believe everyone deserves to feel loved, heard, seen, and cared for. For me, being a hairstylist is about so much more than creating beautiful hair it’s about creating an experience where each client feels comfortable, valued, and truly cared for. I love making people smile and feel their best, not just at the end of their service, but throughout their entire time in my chair.

Some of my favorite services to create are highlights, color, and perms. I love the creativity that comes with each service and the opportunity to help every client achieve a look that makes them feel confident and beautiful.

I chose Shear Heaven Salon as my salon home because of its incredible culture, structure, and shared values. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the love, laughter, and genuine happiness. Everyone is so welcoming, and I love that our clients feel right at home, too. It truly feels like a special place to be.

When I’m not in the salon, you can most likely find me spending time with my friends and family, hanging out with my little dog, Oakley, or enjoying the outdoors.

💜My daughter and I came for the curly cut experience and we are loving our hair! Emily did an amazing job. Eveyrone at the salon went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We had visited 3 other salons prior to Shear Heaven and this was our favorite. We will be back!

🩷 I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shear Heaven Salon and especially Emily Messer. After recently falling on ice and getting a concussion, I was honestly nervous about even laying back at a shampoo bowl. Emily listened so carefully, moved slowly, and treated me with such gentleness and care. She remembered I was injured and was incredibly mindful the entire time. I never once had to remind her to be careful or adjust anything. That meant everything to me.

I went in expecting just a simple trim, but I received the full experience. She shampooed my hair with a vegan product and did so with the softest touch. It felt amazing. She cut off all the dead ends exactly how I asked, fully dried my hair, and even offered to style it. It was the best I had felt all week.

She also treated my mom with the same five star attention, which made the visit even more special for us both.

The salon itself is beautiful, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. It feels open, comfortable, and inviting. They truly serve a wide range of ages and hair needs. I am so grateful to have found this little gem.
