6 days away for some sunshine & play. Long walks, coffee, & talks. Cruising around on bikes along the ocean front. Wine tastings. Chasing the perfect spot sunset cocktails before dinner. Making lifelong memories with old & new friends.

Nashville was hit by the ice storm & power outages while we were gone. It felt a bit awkward to post the fun times & sunshine while everything at home was gray, cold, & a bit scary for some. I was over the moon to have my power restored & sleep in my own bed after nearly two weeks away! Grateful my parents are close by & welcomed a slumber party for a couple of days. 🩵

My brother & I saw our third Pearl Jam concert together, this time in Lexington. My phone died during the show and I stole his phone to take more photos of Eddie Vedder. 😂
Moved back home to Nashville. Lucy helped me unpack & settle in to my new place.
Visiting my Chicago girls who are now in Denver.
Enjoying my convertible in the fall after living in Chicago was a special treat.

Late summer & early fall edition

1&2) Celebrated my dear friend on her birthday with my girl gang & my 🩵is full

3) Caught up with one of my Chicago girlies and it felt just like old times 🥹

4)Oily &/or acne prone skin still needs a moisturizer. renewal lite lotion is my favorite, hands down and has been for the past oh 7 years?

5) Enjoying the sunshine & centennial park walks every chance I get.

6) New home decor makes me happy

7) Adding to my antique china collection. I may get crazy and start a plate wall. TBD.

8) Bringing out my good dishes anytime I have guests over feels celebratory and special.

9)Pinterest project complete with the help of my sweet & handy Dad. 🥰

10) My favorite oil cleanser- I use this as body wash year round. So affordable, accessible & good for dry skin.

11)Hobby Lobby find that immediately went into cart. I love a good deal find as well as black & white. Still working on shelfie decor.

12) making myself lift weights and trying to like it more.

13) romanticizing my life by taking five minutes to enjoy a moment whenever I can. Bonus for the matcha latte.

I have lost count of how many times our evenings have started with happy hour cocktails & chats at my aunt & uncles home. Grateful for this fun filled evening spent with family & friends, or really friends that have become family. 💝

My Lucy girl is 15 today! 15 photos & memories for 15 years.

15 years with my sweet cuddle queen, best friend & little feet following me around. You have taught me about patience & unconditional love, and brought more joy than I ever thought possible.

We have fewer days ahead of us than we do in our past, and I’m enjoying all of our time together. Soaking up all the sweet moments. 🥰 You will always be my favorite girl!
