Challenge Accepted
💗 100% undone.
I literally didn’t put anything but moisturizer on today AND I definitely didn’t plan on taking and posting a selfie.
Being an advocate for female empowerment starts from within... this post means just that to ME.
I posted the same picture on my personal page and accepted this challenge from myself!
Some would say that’s incorrect.
It’s so easy to appeal to the masses or put on the look for other’s likes/approval.
I’m done with that so I choose to be UNDONE.
Real and authentic... which you may not like. I’m OK with that tho, cuz it’s more important to me to be 💯 ME and not who you think I’m suppose to be.
FUN FACT, I was NOT sent 1 challenge to this account and for the hundreds of women I know and work with I was sent 3 on my personal account.
So, if anyone is reading this and feeling left out. Post a picture of yourself and message me! I’ll comment and like your post! Cuz sis, we in this together!

I'm a beauty professional and YES I grew up playing competitive sports! 🥎💗⚽️⠀

That’s what you did growing up in my family...⠀
My two favorites sports were Fast-Pitch Softball and Soccer. I was naturally more talented at softball but injured out my Freshman year keeping me out of Division I & II schools in both sports. I did play soccer for my college, at an NAIA school. ⠀

Being the girly girl of my family, (which I say proudly!) ...I am very thankful for the life skills that competitive sports gave me. I am a better team player because of group sports. I'm also naturally an introvert, so athletics played a huge role in my life in overcoming personal fears and developing leadership skills that I would have shied away from. ⠀

Growing up, I always wore a ribbon or a braid in my hair and a little makeup for games. 💄⠀
My tomboy mom who was also my coach, use to get mad at me for having to get "dressed up", until she realized I was being true to who I am and that I was also able to be an example to other girls. Wearing makeup showed others that you didn't have to act macho to be a competative, confident and BAD ASS female athlete! ⠀
At age 11, I convince my whole team to wear blue lipstick and paint our nails for playoffs. ⠀
It brought us together and took us to the regional finals! ⠀
(Our superstitious coaches even saw the power in it!)⠀

Now more than ever we celebrate individual shapes, sizes, and skin tones.... so stay true to who you are and explore the beauty inside YOU express yourself through sports, music, science, politics, art, dance, skateboarding, coding and anything else that moves you! ⠀

I'm thankful to be part of the shift in our culture’s ideas of BEAUTY and I will always stand for REAL beauty, from the inside out! ⠀

slays hair! He makes you look good but his technique keeps your hair looking great as it grows out and changes shape ... especially when you can’t get in to him! 😷
I still love my color and even tho my hair has grown out a few inches since the original chop, the shape has grown out beautifully! 💗
