Over the course of 1.5 months, this patient received 4 syringes of Radiesse and 6 syringes of Juvaderm to restore support, soften lines, and create a more lifted, refreshed appearance. Radiesse was placed in the midface, cheeks, and jawline to rebuild structure and stimulate collagen, with results continuing to improve over the next 6 months. Juvaderm was used in the temples, lips, radial lip lines, and nasolabial folds for softer transitions and facial harmony. Upper face tox was also used to minimize fine lines and wrinkles.

If you know me, you know becoming an aesthetic, nurse practitioner has been a dream of mine for years. Finding my way in this industry has not always been easy. There were moments of uncertainty, moments I questioned myself, and moments I wondered if this dream would ever fully come together. But through it all, I stayed open to every opportunity, continued learning, kept showing up, and most importantly never gave up on myself.

So being in California this week truly felt surreal.

California has always held a special place in my heart, and getting to return there to train along some of the best in the industry with such an honor. I attended an advanced cadaver lab with Allergan, where we studied facial anatomy through dissection to better understand precision, safety, and artistry and aesthetic medicine. Learning from Dr. Cho was an experience I will never forget.

This field of medicine is so much deeper than the stereotypes people often attach to aesthetics.

I have always been fascinated by skin health, anatomy, aging, and the artistry this work requires. Looking good, helps us feel good. Confidence changes the way we carry ourselves, the way we show up in the world, and sometimes even the way we heal.

But beyond the treatments themselves, my favorite part will always be the people.

The conversations. The vulnerability. The trust. The stories and insecurities shared with me every single day. There is something so special about watching someone look in the mirror and smile at themselves again. Watching them leave lighter, more confident, and more radiant in their own skin.

My goal is never to change who you are.

My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, cared for, and confident. If you have sat in my chair before, you have probably heard me say “Aging is a privilege.” And I truly mean that. That belief is the foundation behind everything I do.

But aging gracefully and feeling like your most confident self can’t exist together.

I still have so much to learn, but moments like this remind me how far I have came already. Grateful, inspired, and more motivated than ever for what’s ahead. ✨
