Since Part 1 we:
- covered the ceiling section we refused to finish with GOLD TILES
- hid our absolutely DIABOLICAL third garage behind $70 worth of curtains + a rod
- installed chandeliers that are secretly CEILING FANS?? (So bougie)
- added a red light sauna + another red light panel inside it
- added a foldable treadmill
- mounted the TV
And somehow we still don’t have most of the actual GYM equipment. 😂

Next up: Smith machine, weights, benches, more equipment + all the finishing/decor details that will hopefully take this from “nice garage gym” to the five-star hotel gym.

The $70 curtain wall may genuinely be my favorite hack so far.

At 41 I really just want to get in the best shape of my life… so let’s turn this builder basic double car garage into a home gym and recovery centre!!! We’re gonna go all out for as cheap as we can, including sauna, red light, PEMF, Smith machine, dumbbells, cool lighting, and no offence to anyone who gets this stuff but no hexagon lighting, and no vertical wooden wall panels 🙃 (it’s just everyone has it, and my style is more ‘hotel gym’ vibes… think gold ceiling tiles and chandeliers and wall trim) We’re going to try and finish in 30 days! I’ll keep posting updates with prices👏🏼

I booked the facelift. 😳
After 3 consultations, 3 VERY different price tags, and honestly 3 pretty different opinions on what should even be done to my face… I made my decision

And yes…I chose the $19,000 surgeon.
Not because he was the cheapest, but because his approach made the most sense to me, AND when I blindly showed my friends patient results from the final two surgeons, they all chose his work anyway.

My surgery is booked for February and I’m paying for the entire thing myself (no discount, no collab) because I want to be able to share this whole process completely honestly.

The good, the scary, the swollen, the scars, the recovery… and eventually whether I think getting a facelift at 41 was actually worth it.
