If there’s any advice I could give to younger stylists, I would stress the importance of working with people you really click with. I’ve tried big salons, small salons, and suites. the atmosphere of The Beauty Parlour Nashville] has been the best fit for me in my 13 year career. My stress levels are down and my creativity is way up.
