At Hairtalk Coffee Club, we believe the CONSULTATION should be so clear, confident and concise that your client decides if they are going to rebook with you again before you even begin to do your hair.

A good consultation dissects their needs with just a couple important questions, designs a picture of possibilities for not just today but for the future, and sets the expectations so they don’t have to “wonder” or worry what’s happening during the appointment.

We took a step back from social media to soak up summer, and we hope you’ve been doing the same. Between our clients behind the chair, consulting with salons and stylists, planning education and events, recording podcast episodes, taking classes, and squeezing in a little vacation, we’ve been busy in all the best ways.

2026 has been an incredible year for HAIRTALK. We’ve had the opportunity to connect with so many talented stylists, amazing salon teams, and some truly inspiring leaders in the beauty industry. Every conversation has reminded us why we started this community in the first place.

We’re excited to be back because we have a lot in store. More education, more conversations, more community, and plenty of coffee.
