I do have a few changes coming in the new year!!!

Starting January 1, 2019 there will be a new policy. This is for New clients as well as current clients. There will be a required credit card on file. 2018 I had more than several people who would book an appointment, never cancel and just not show up. Where people no call no show that takes up an appointment that someone could use or wants. The credit card on file will be kept safe and not given to anyone ever. These are the charges as follows.

NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY
1st time 25.00 current clients / new first time clients get one time no charge
2nd time 50.00
3rd time your FULLl service price

wedding / event policy (hair and make-up)

If you book a wedding/event with me this is required as follows.

$150.00 retainer fee. This is a non refundable deposit that DOES NOT APPLY TO FULL COST OF SERVICES
the location fee ($40.00 and up) will depend on how far away the location of hair and make up will take place. These two fees will be required to be paid in full up front at the meeting and signing of the wedding/event contact that will be printed and both parties will sign.
The quote that it given up on signing of contract will not change unless other services are added to the day of services. Such as an extra hair or make up service added on. Add on's are fine within a two week prior to event notice. This is so if I need to hire someone else to help me I have time to find someone. Pricing for wedding services will be discussed with bride/person upon inquiry.

Cancellation...
If for any reason you book a wedding/event with me, sign a contract, and then have to cancel the following fee is required.
You will be responsible for HALF of the charge on your wedding contract IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT Example : charge $500.00 . You will be responsible for $250.00 and so forth and so on. If you DO NOT CANCEL 30 DAYS PRIOR you will be charged the FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED IN THE SIGNED CONTRACT.

I hope that these changes do not offend anyone. I hope that you all understand these policies. I hope that you all have an amazing New Year they safe and full of fun. again thank you for trusting me with all of your beauty and hair needs love you all so much, now let's rock this 2019.....
