Rashida La Lande, who came on board Estée Lauder about a year ago as its new general counsel, has quickly become one of the company’s top-paid executives. In her first year, she brought in nearly $10.9 million in total compensation, according to a proxy filing released Thursday. To secure her transition from her previous role at Kraft Heinz, Estée Lauder awarded her a $2.8 million signing bonus.

Her package also included more than $6 million in long-term equity grants, designed to vest over time and tie her success to the company’s performance. On top of that, La Lande received around $1.5 million in cash compensation for fiscal 2025, which covered her base salary and other incentives.
