Fall is finally here! 🍂 That means cozy sweaters, cooler weather, and unfortunately, drier skin. The fall season brings in cooler weather and a drop in humidity, which makes for dry, stale air and even drier skin.

Here are some of our favorite fall for you to SAVE for future reference and implement into your current beauty routine!

👉🏻 Try a thicker moisturizer

Just as you layer clothes as the seasons change; you should layer on hydration too as it gets colder. Adding an extra layer of moisturizer to your routine is a great way to prevent skin dehydration.

👉🏻 Add a body lotion to the mix

Moisturizers provide a protective barrier over the skin, allowing it to retain hydration and draw in hydration to the outer skin layer

👉🏻 Don't forget your SPF!
SPF should be part of your skincare routine year-round, not just during the summer!

👉🏻 Drink plenty of water

Don’t forget to keep drinking water to keep your skin looking plump and hydrated. If you have trouble remembering to drink water, you can try incorporating hydrating foods into your diet. Cucumbers, lettuce, watermelon, and strawberries are all high in water content and low in sugar.
