I’m Kelley Coelho, owner and licensed private investigator of B & C Investigations. I’m a mother of two, a U.S. Army Veteran with 7.5 years of service and a business owner committed to helping people make informed decisions.

I founded B & C Investigations in 2020, bringing the discipline, persistence and attention to detail I developed in the military into my investigative work.

Judge Stephens Denied housing in Turlock County after Liberty Healthcare violated Welfare & Institutions Code 6608.5, with the judge citing “unreasonably imperil public safety”. However, funding for this program remains and they may still be looking for a new location to house someone who has committed heinous crimes for decades.

In 2024, B & C Investigations was hired to look into a proposed sexually violent predator placement in Ballico. We obtained the contract, reviewed the proposed location and shared what we found with law enforcement and the District Attorney’s Office. That placement did not move forward, period.

Later, Turlock community members contacted us about another proposed location. We investigated, held a town hall to hear residents’ concerns and joined the community protest on June 21st. Also know as our CEO Kelley’s birthday. A day we will never forget! A press conference took place at the Turlock Police Department that same day. That same day, two disabled veterans, including Kelley were removed from the press room. We believe our advocacy played a role. That dispute remains in active litigation. We will continue to do good work and stand up for our community!

This work shows why careful investigations, documentation and community voices matter. We will not back down when we are bullied, intimidated or threatened to stand down. Enough is enough!
