We have two barbers that specialize in vintage and new style haircuts. Welcome to Joe's Barber Shop's page! First and foremost, we would like to thank all of our clients who have been with us through the years, as well as our new clients who have been able to experience our great quality haircuts in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. At Joe's you will find haircuts for Men & Boys with ages ranging from 18 months to over 90 years old. Anything from that special 1st haircut (which we have free certificates for) to youth, military, fades, business and classic cuts. All complete with that classic touch of the razor around the ears and neck. You will always get that home-town friendly feel, complete with the cut that fits your needs. If you're looking for an authentic, non-appointment (Pre-Covid), old school barbershop Joe's is your place.

We’re excited to welcome a new barber to the team and after four years of Saturday closures, we’re now open Saturday’s from 9:00 to 3:00. We’re truly grateful for your support over the years. Hello Facebook! We’re looking for a talented and friendly barber to start at our well-established shop that’s been serving the community for over 30 years. If you’ve got at least 2 years of experience, great communication skills, and a passion for making people look and feel their best, we’d love to hear from you! Having your own clientele is a plus, but it’s not a must.
Our Hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcoming clients and making them feel at home when they arrive.
Talking with clients to figure out exactly what kind of haircut and style they want.
Cutting, trimming, and styling hair with care and precision.
Chatting with clients to make their experience enjoyable and relaxed.
Keeping your station and tools clean and ready for the next client.
What we’re looking for:
A valid Connecticut Barber or Hairstylist License.
At least 2 years of experience cutting hair.
Great communication and people skills—because we love creating connections with our clients!
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage your time.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for doing great work.
