To all of my clients currently using VENMO.... I appreciate all of your efforts during this time to make contactless payments!!! THANK YOU! I have had MANY of you that have been paying this way and it has worked out great!! This is why I feel the need to dedicate a "business account" separate from my personal one. This will allow for easier book keeping as we go forward. So... I apologize to all that already have my original account, however I now have a new Venmo user name. Hello to all of my lovely clients!!😁 I just wanted to update you all on how things are going.... With all of the craziness of the quarantine, and then having the initial opening date of May 20 being changed to June 1, (at the last minute😠) scheduling has been quite a challenge!! I want to thank everyone for being so patient and understanding during this time. I am now booking in AUGUST. There is no longer any appointments available with me at this time for the reminder of JUNE or JULY. Unfortunately, with the new mandates in place for hair salons we are no longer able to "squeeze you in" nor "double book appointments"😔. I have added days and hours to my schedule to accommodate this, however it is still a challenge. If you would like to book for August, please send me a text or leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I am able. Also, if you would like to be added to a cancelation list, please text/message me with your name, number, and the service you'd like, along with the times you ARE available. I will contact you if there are any openings that meet your needs!! Thanks everyone!! Please- STAY SAFE! This virus IS still out there! Much love, Kathy (and Arnold!)

Well... We haven't heard of another change in our allowed opening date.... YET... so.... just a little added request to our wonderfully, patient, AMAZING clients... if you have the ability, I personally would appreciate contactless payment. This can be done via Venmo. If you have a smart phone, you simply download the Venmo App to your phone and friend me -Bosco-2. This will allow you to transfer payment directly after your service and without contact. I truly would appreciate it!! See you next week!

I would like to personally thank each and every one of our WONDERFUL clients for your loyalty and EXTREME patience during this very trying time... As we all know this is an unprecedented situation and it has shown us the true meaning of "family" whether it be blood related or love related. We think of each of you as our "salon Family" and have missed you all terribly! As we come upon our re-opening date, we realize that things may look unfamiliar to us all, however it is necessary in order to assure the safety of our staff as well as our guests. So, once again, Here are the new safety protocols that must be followed:

-please arrive alone. We can only allow one client per stylist into the salon at a time.
-Please remain in your vehicle upon arrival. We will either call/text/or wave you in when we are ready for you.
-We cannot offer coffee, tea, water or any other beverages. sorry!
-If you have a jacket with you, please bring it to the work station. DO NOT hang it on the coat rack. This is no longer allowed.
-You MUST have a mask on AT ALL TIMES. NO EXCEPTIONS. This needs to be the type that adheres around the ears.
-If at all possible, cash payment is preferred to avoid contact. If this is not possible, we will accept card payment but we will sign for you..
-There is no beard/facial trimming permitted allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS
-You may be asked to have a touch free temp. reading. you have the right to refuse. WE have the right to refuse service.
-If you have experienced any 2 of the following you are asked to cancel your appointment
Cough, Fever, Chills, Body ache, Loss of taste or smell, headache.

PLEASE understand that we are taking EVERY precaution possible to assure YOUR safety during your visit with us... Each of us has been re-educated in order to meet the NEW sanitation and disinfection standards. This also means that we cannot fit as many appointments into a day as we used to be able to! There is no more "squeezing you in" unfortunately... Each of us are doing our very best to expand our work schedules in order to accommodate everyone as quickly and as SAFELY as possible. you have all been so FANTASTIC!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Good morning to all of our amazing clients!!! This is just an update to how things are going!!! The governor has stated that we can potentially re-open as of May 20. (This is IF things do not change by then) We are now in process of making any and all preparations to assure the safety of each and every person. this means that we will now need to rearrange some of your previously scheduled appointments in order to allow enough time between visits to properly sanitize and disinfect each area. We ask that if your schedule allows, you let us know of your flexibility. Also, EVERYONE is required to wear a mask for the entire appointment. This mask needs to be the type that hooks around your ears, not a home made type. Anyone that does not have a mask, will not be permitted into the salon. We also ask that when you arrive, that you remain in your car, or outside until we either text you or wave you in. This is to assure that we only have one client in salon per stylist at a time per social distancing orders. If you have any questions or concerns about your visit, please reach out to your stylist. We would also like to announce the addition of a new family member!!! Debbie Corso will now be sharing space with Michelle, Arnold, and myself!!! such exciting news! we will keep everyone updated as things move forward, and we THANK YOU for your continued patience as we readjust to this "new normal"... We love all of you and look forward to seeing everyone!!
