In contrast, we strive to deliver exceptional service, investing time in education, providing conveniences, and preparing for your appointment. When you fail to appear for your scheduled time, we miss opportunities for personal activities, chores, consultations, and attending to other clients' needs. Time is a valuable commodity that cannot be recovered once lost. Receiving an invoice for a missed appointment is not an occasion for indignation, but rather an opportunity to acknowledge and make amends for your mistake. Paying for a missed appointment serves as a genuine apology and acknowledgment of error. Remember that forgiveness is not free; it always comes at a cost. If you are paid hourly, consider how you would feel if your employer refused to compensate you for overtime or a portion of your hours worked. We provide amenities, maintain cleanliness, and prepare equipment to ensure your comfort. When you fail to appear for your appointment and refuse to compensate us for the missed appointment, it sends a clear message. Respect is a two-way street.
