How to become a Permanent Makeup Artist Step by Step
1. Find your PMU school ( Belleza ) ✅
2. Contact, call or text PMUS to the school owner Franceska Negrón at 386.837.5385
3. Pay in person or online your registration fee at Belleza
and you receive
- our Belleza Tattoo Establishment License Number. ( needed before filling out the Tattoo Artist License of the Department of Healthlth )
- Form for the Florida Departmentrtment of Health
- Link to Bloodborne Exam
- Starter Kit to performe PMU ( receive after completing step 5 )
4. Complete and pass a bloodborne pathogens exam
5. Obtain a Tattoo Artist License from the Florida Department of Health
6. Pay part 2 to Belleza (
Received all your trainings materials )
7. Day one theorie
Day two practices on model you need to bring . Complete our 2 Day PMU Training Course at our Navarre Location

Course Objectives:
In our Permanent Makeup Course Curriculum, students will:

1. Training and Certification:
Microblading Course:
Enroll with us in a reputable microblading course that teaches you the techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Certification:
Complete our course and pass any associated exams to obtain a microblading certification.
Bloodborne Pathogens Training:
Many states require a specific certification in bloodborne pathogens to practice microblading.
State-Specific Requirements:
Research your state's regulations regarding licenses, certifications, and insurance.
2. Obtaining Licenses and Insurance:
Tattoo License:

Please use the example application as a guide to completing your application
Photocopy of your State or Federally issued photo ID to include your birthdate
Examples: Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc
Please be sure that the photocopy is of a high enough quality that the information on the ID can be easily read & it is easy to tell that the picture is of you.
Copy of your certificate from one of the approved tattoo educational courses
