La Fleur Salon and Spa is located in Navarre. We are highly trained Hair Stylists, Skin Care Specialists and Massage Therapist.
We use Oligo, Circadia ans Glazed Sunless. Our mission is to change the way you think about a Salon & Spa. By Keeping up with the latest trends and furthering our education we are able to give each client their own unique style. Full service comfort, friendly staff, a relaxing atmosphere, and the best prices in town give you an experience that will leave you glowing both inside and out.
Being a salon owner means so much more than owning a salon.
It means being the first one to worry and often the last one to leave. It’s creating a beautiful space where clients feel cared for, while behind the scenes you’re thinking about payroll, inventory, schedules, bills, marketing, education—and what everyone needs from you.
It means being a stylist, leader, problem solver, mentor, marketer, bookkeeper, decorator, therapist, and sometimes the person who fixes the toilet. 😂
But the best part? It means building something that is yours. Creating a culture, watching your team grow, seeing clients become friends, and realizing that an idea you once had has turned into a place people choose to walk into every day.
And after more than a decade of La Fleur, I think there’s another piece: being a salon owner means evolving. The salon I started with isn’t the salon I have today. You learn, change, make mistakes, raise your standards, and keep creating the kind of business you’re proud to put your name behind.
It’s exhausting sometimes. It’s rewarding. It’s personal.
It’s not just owning a salon. It’s building a little world of your own.
