Forcing perfect symmetry may sound like the logical thing to do when trying to make brows look “even.” But your brow bone structure, facial anatomy, and muscle strength all play an important role in how your brows sit on your face.

I make small adjustments here and there — raising, lowering, softening, or shifting placement — to create balance and harmony.

We have to remember your brows do not exist separately — they work together with your eyes, forehead, brow bone, facial structure, and overall features. What really matters is the proportion and harmony of your brows in relation to your entire face.

The goal is not perfect symmetry but to create brows that APPEAR (*key word here) balanced and complement your features. Small adjustments can create the appearance of symmetry while still respecting your natural anatomy.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve learned that many of my Indian clients enjoy more glamorous, defined makeup. Their beauty style often embraces stronger, more dramatic features, and that’s something I 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺 consider when designing their brows.

This client already had beautiful brows, but her goal was to make them more structured, defined, and impactful while still complementing her face.

As the skin heals over 7-10 days, the pigment softens by 30-40%, revealing a much more natural result.🙂🙃

Today, I met a fellow Vietnamese woman whose story truly touched my heart. At just 9 years old, she (alone- without any relatives with her) escaped Vietnam on a small fishing boat with strangers. For seven days, they drifted across the ocean with barely any food before finally reaching an island hundreds of miles away…After spending 3 years on the island, she was sponsored by an American family and given the opportunity to come to America. 🇺🇸

Stories like hers remind me that every person who walks through my door carries a journey you could never guess just by looking at them. It’s a privilege to not only create brows, but to connect with people and hear the life experiences that have shaped them.
