Its no joke when it comes to the struggle! It’s tough but worth it in the long run.
But planning is key 🔑
So I took some time to plan some dinners for the week. I am trying an app called EMeals . It gives you great recipes options with shopping list. Then it transferrs to my Walmart grocery pick up app. I am subbing a few things out so it’s just a tad bit healthier.
🍴 lunch will be grilled chicken with veggies. 🍳 breakfast with be a Shakeology, 🥚 and toast or a smoothie.
