Mornings on the homestead…
I’ve been quiet on socials this last year, honestly trying to find balance at this phase of life. Supporting loved ones around me,and trying to support my own health has been harder than I imagined. Every sweet second enjoying the nature around me, my family, friends and beloved animals is what has sustained me …. Along with my beautiful clients in my private practice. The work in clinic has been deep. I haven’t shared footage simply because Hada has naturally evolved into the wellness space I had always envisioned. Nervous system support, deeper lymphatic work alongside Myofascial release can create a truly safe space for releasing blockages held in both the body and mind. This is a sacred space. A safe space. An energetic space. A healing space.
