I heard this Forrest Frank & Josiah Queen song a while back and everytime I hear it now, these lyrics about bring me to my knees…
“I wonder what we’d do if we knew Jesus is coming back soon?”

It’s realllllly made me do a BIG self reflection… because really- what would I do?
Calling out my own sin- it’s sadly easy for me to say, if I knew a date and time Jesus was coming back and if I knew it was soon- my days, my thoughts, my words would probably look a lot different!
I would be alot more intentional with the way I talked to and made time for people.. My husband, my kids, my family/friends, the stranger I met on the street.
I would spend alot more time in The Word, in prayer & in worship and alot less time worrying about the bills, the future, what people think of me, the things I wish I had..
I would put my darn phone down and be FULLY present for every moment God has blessed me with.
The list could go on and on..
But more than anything, I hope I would be a lot more bold to ask people if they knew Jesus too & then tell them about Him if they didn’t!

In reality though, we don’t know that date and time Jesus is coming back.
We don’t know if he’s going to come on a Sunday when we’re all in church with our hands up praising Him (although how amazing would that be!).
We don’t know if He’s going to come when we’re at home with our family- either having a great day or a day when we’re touched out, overstimulated and exhausted.
On a day when the bills are overwhelming and life just seems heavy.
Or maybe it’ll be right after we faced that really rude person in WalMart… and then someone cut us off when pulling out of the parking lot (calling out my road rage 🤣)!

I bet if I knew He was coming back tomorrow though, I’d probably react a little differently in those difficult situations!
And maybe that’s a little bit of the point to not knowing that exact date and time… So maybe we’d live today like He's coming back tomorrow! Maybe we’d be encouraged to be a little kinder, love a little harder, and be a little bolder with our faith! And we’d realize those hard things & tough situations really won’t matter tomorrow when we’re sitting at Jesus’ feet 🤍

It’s so easy to get caught up in the day to day worldly things of life.. But today I encourage you to listen to these lyrics and really think- what would you do if you knew Jesus is coming back soon? ✨

✨ A Little Thankfulness & Back-to-School Update ✨

My kiddos are officially back to school/daycare! I’m so sad summer has come to an end, butttt I’m also really excited to get back into a more “normal” routine! 😅

Thank you all SO MUCH for being so supportive and understanding as I’ve taken more time to be home with my kids this summer. I know my schedule hasn’t always been the easiest to navigate, but I truly appreciate your patience, grace, and continued support 🥹🤍

With all that being said- the kids now have new school hours which means my schedule will be changing a little bit as well…. Most days my hours will be a bit shorter BUT I’m excited that this will also give me the opportunity to be available more Fridays which I am super excited about!

I know there will be a day when I can make my hours a little more convenient for everyone but for right now- I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to be as present as possible for this family God has blessed me with and just as thankful for all of you who understand that 🤍

Thank you all for supporting me, pouring into me when I need it, and giving me so much grace and understanding as I balance life being a business owner and a wife/mom. Your support means more to me than you know and I really can’t say it enough- I truly feel so blessed to have the best clients!

While this time of year brings lots of joy and celebration, if we’re being honest… for some of us, it can be hard and heavy. Truth is, we’re all unfaithful, weary and broken at some point (probly many points) in our lives.. but, the good news- that’s exactly why He came!!
“He’s the lamb who was given… slain for our pardon.. His promise is peace”

Christmas Eve service is one of my most favorite of the year.. the lights, the church family love, Gods presence in the room, the celebration of our King! A magic that you could never get from earthly things ✨

No matter what you’re going through, Gods arms are open wide.. patiently waiting for you to turn your eyes upon Him! My mantra as I picked a name and started my business.. all sparked by the love my Dad left behind and the fire for Jesus that was ignited when we lost my him 6 years ago today. Ive spent many hours over the last few years starring at this sign- thinking about those words and how much I miss my Dad.. It’s somehow just really hit me over the last year that those words have an even greater meaning..

2000+ years ago one sinless man loved us all so much that he took our every sin upon the cross so we could live in eternity with Him one day if we believe in Him.
The past year I have seen so many special people in my life spark a fire for Jesus in their own faith journeys.. been amazed at the way so many churches are growing and busting at the seams.. seen Gods goodness through the trials and joys of my own life but also the stories of what my clients/family/friends walk through too.. all these things and so much more ignited by the love that one man brought to the cross for ALL of us.

6 years ago I lit a fire with the love my Dad left behind.. but even before that, my Dad lit a fire with the love Jesus Christ left behind!
And, my friends, that’s something we can all strive to do everyday of our lives 🤍

Keeping my kids attention for some time with Jesus has seemed a lot more challenging lately… and it’s been heavy on me!! While I was reading through my Bible for an advent devotion with them the other day, both kids raised their hands at least 10 times to ask questions that had absolutely nothing to do with what we were reading. I’ve never been so tempted to close my Bible and try again another day🤦🏽‍♀️🙃

I came across these kids books/devotions/journals/activity books and am so excited to give them to them for Christmas! They’re some of the cutest, most fun I have seen and I hope they are the perfect spark that we need to make diving into The Word fun for ALL of us 🤍

I bought some extras and hope to keep at least a few stocked year round cause there’s really nothing better than seeing the faith of a child blossom! I’ll post what I have in the comments + a couple fun word search devotions for women too 🤍✨
