This comes with such a heavy heart but also something that is very much needed for my mental health..
Mellow Maxey Salon will be closing its doors this month.
We have built so many new friendships & loved every client that has come through that door. We appreciate every single person who has stuck with us for the last 5yrs & every single person that’s even sat our chairs for one time only.
We’ve enjoyed sharing the ups, downs, & all the in between with each client & their families. I am so thankful that you’ve all trusted us with your hair, special events, hardships, & good times.

Alanna Leifheit is starting nursing school in August & we are so incredibly proud of her & all her accomplishments & wish her the absolute best on her new adventure!
As far as myself & Amber Bailey we will still be doing hair, just in a different location. We will finish out this month with our clients & then transition to Halftime Barbershop in New Albany starting August 1st. We will still be offering all the highlights, color, & special event hair/makeup.

Again, thank you all for everything. Please be patient with us during this time while we try our best to make this transition. 💚
