We just want to ensure you we are doing our part to keep you safe while you are our guest. Just some reminders for the day of your appointment.
If you are not feeling well or are having any symptoms of illness we need you to reschedule.
Please bring a mask we do provide them if you forget but appreciate you bringing your own.
Please wait in your car until you receive a text that we are ready for you to come in.
Only the guest receiving services is allowed in Salon please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. This is a health department policy so please be understanding.
Please sanitize or wash your hands upon entering.
We will get through this let’s just work together to ensure not only ours but all businesses get to stay open.

Indiana salons gear up to reopen Monday Stylists in New Albany are getting booked up, and their plan of attack is ready; it starts before their clients walk through the door.

If you worried about your grey don’t box color your hair! Wait for your stylist and use this awesome touch-up color spray to hold you over. It’s waterproof and will not come out until your next shampoo. We are also shipping any products you need to you door! Message your stylist with you orders! Stay safe and well and we will see you soon!

This is a very difficult decision to have to make for all of us but at this time I do not feel it is safe for me or my co workers and our families to keep being in contact with others. So I have voluntarily decided to close the salon during this time. Your stylist will be in contact with you and we will be making decisions as the situation changes. There is a reason they are asking us to isolate and I believe I’m being irresponsible by staying open and disregarding what our leaders tell us. Im hope others will follow and voluntarily close. We need to do what’s necessary to be able to move past this. Im having faith that god will provide for us. I will continue to pray for our nation during this uncertain time.

Important announcement to all our valued clients and friends. Downtown Style is taking extra steps to ensure a clean and sanitized environment for both you and your stylist. At the present time, we will continue servicing our clients as scheduled, unless a federal shutdown is recommended or required. You can feel confident that we are taking every measure possible to continuously clean, sanitize and disinfect all surfaces at our salon. This includes washing and sanitizing our hands and tools before and after each client. We are wiping down each station between clients as well as all bathroom surfaces and door k***s after each guest. If you or a family member, or anyone you have had close contact with, is feeling ill, or is experiencing any symptoms of illness, please notify us to reschedule your appointment. During this time, we ask that only the person that is scheduled for the appointment come into the salon. We would also recommend that each of our clients wash their hands when they arrive for their appointment, and again before they leave. Please know that even if you aren’t experiencing symptoms of illness, but would still prefer to reschedule your appointment to a later date, we are happy to do so. We encourage you to do what is best for you. We are grateful for all of our loyal clients and friends. Be safe and well, and we will all get through this together.
