love a good prom day. We had the pleasure of helping girls from New Albany High School and Pekin get ready for prom this Saturday. But getting girls ready that we’ve watched grow from little girls into beautiful young women hits different. Time truly does fly. One of those girls being Arika’s little sister, Adrianna, so of course that made it a little extra emotional too. 🥺

✨ Spotlight Stylist Rayne Catherine Triplett✨

Rayne is the kind of team member every salon hopes to have. She is always willing to step in and help wherever needed, even on slower days. Whether it’s assisting with laundry, helping with clients, or supporting the team however she can, Rayne consistently shows a strong work ethic and dedication to the success of the salon.

She is kind, passionate, dependable, and incredibly talented behind the chair. Rayne specializes in blonding, balayage, and extensions, and she takes pride in creating beautiful results while making every client feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of the salon, you can usually find her enjoying a good book and taking time to recharge.

✨ Booth Rent Stylists (Full or Part Time)

• Valid cosmetology license required
• Experience preferred
• Established clientele required
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Must maintain high salon standards

Ideal for stylists ready to operate independently within a structured, professional environment.
✨ Commission Stylists

• Valid cosmetology license required
• No experience necessary
• Open to newer stylists seeking mentorship
• Strong work ethic and willingness to grow

Perfect for stylists looking to build clientele within a supportive, fast-paced salon.

✨ Personal & Business Assistant

This is not a basic receptionist role. This position supports both salon operations and Arika directly

No prior salon experience required we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining overall salon cleanliness and organization
• Answering phones and managing scheduling
• Assisting (washing bowls, restocking, etc.)
• Running business and personal errands
• Assisting with daily administrative tasks
• Supporting marketing and social media needs
• Inventory assistance
• General personal and business support as needed

We are looking for someone who is:

✔ Highly organized
✔ trustworthy
✔ Professional in appearance and communication
✔ Proactive and able to anticipate needs
✔ Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
✔ Flexible and dependable

This role requires maturity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility. Growth opportunities available for the right candidate.
