A stiff back is never fun. If you're feeling the grumpy back aches and pains, drop in and try our deluxe massage chair experience. The Back & Spine program combines deep tissue massage techniques and focuses on the muscles along the spine, upper and lower back, and lumbar.

At our Pain Relief Targeting station, you can choose from a variety of infrared and other options. Infrared heat can help to soothe muscles and relax spasms, ease chronic pain by stimulating blood flow, improve circulation, and even help heal injuries faster as the infrared rays pe*****te into deep tissues. You just tell us where the pain is, and you'll walk out feeling calm, relaxed, and ready to take on the world.

Our Guided Rest station is a Sukhino original. You won't find it anywhere else. We've carefully curated the experience for you:
💤 Just to ensure you're as comfortable as possible, you'll rest on an ergonomic selection of memory foam pillows, arranged perfectly to support your body.
🎧 You'll listen to a guided audio experience designed specifically to ease you into a deep state of rest.
😍 If you'd like, we'll tuck you in with a 15-pound soft, weighted blanket to help calm your nervous system.
👃 You can select an essential oil, or let us recommend one, to diffuse during your session.
🔥 We'll offer an eye mask, and you can choose a heated option if you prefer, to help you tune out the distractions.

The audio will guide you through a series of passive activities - body scanning, breathwork, tension and release, visualization, and more - all designed to move you from stressed out to blissed out.
