✨Attn clients-

With the amount of no-shows and last minute cancellations I've had recently I will be putting a strict cancellation policy in place. I've been very relaxed with this in the past and I definitely understand life happens as it does with me on occasion as well. When I have a no-show especially I am out money for that time for myself and my family.

-I will require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling. (Of course there are exceptions for emergencies, and illness.)
-A missed appointment with NO NOTICE will require 50% of that appointment total to be paid in order to be rebooked.

I can't thank you all enough for your loyalty, and choosing me to be your hairstylist all these years!
