As of 10/4/2025 if you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hour notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours or same day of your appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A NO SHOW appointment will be charged the full service amount! We will be securing appointments with a credit card on file. If the cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged accordingly. If the card on file is declined, you will NOT be able to book until the canceled appointment is paid in full. This helps us manage scheduling and ensures we can offer appointments to other clients.
