In order to provide the best experience for all clients, our cancellation policy has been updated. No-shows and appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee.

Please also note our new late arrival policy:
• There is a 5-minute grace period for fills
• A 10-minute grace period for full sets

If you arrive later than these times, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to ensure proper service time and quality. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other clients.
