New Year, New Policy!

Starting January 1,2025. A new policy will be in effect regarding any cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. I understand that life can be unpredictable, and last-minute changes may happen, but please keep in mind that these cancellations can significantly affect the salon’s operations.

To ensure fairness and consistency, we will enforce a strict cancellation policy.

If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours, you will be responsible for payment for the service(s) originally scheduled.

I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
