I am taking the day to rest and will see you tomorrow! Ruthie and I started the day with a lovely walk (and photoshoot) at Fort Phoenix. It’s perfect out there today! Enjoy!
You guys…Plant Bingo was so much fun today! Thank you so much to everyone who came out to spend time with friends, learn about plants with Nicole Local Blooms x Flowers by NR and ultimately help bring the community space to life! We even got to spend some time with our friends from Drift Day Spa • Massage, Skin, Lashes + Nails! We love seeing the community show up for each other, even if it means a little rock-paper-scissors to decide who gets the prize 🤣 Huge shoutout to Nicole for thinking that one through! This was also a great reminder that I need to schedule my next massage with Julie at Drift ASAP! Can’t wait to do this again 💜
A little overdue, but she’s finally here! Huge thank you to Whaling City Masterworks for giving me a much-needed sign upgrade and installing it today. I’m so happy with how it turned out!

I’m back from Montreal and Shimmer reopens tomorrow! 🇨🇦

Wonderblush is a beautiful makeup brand made in Montreal, so of course I had to do a little research while I was there!Their formulas are designed for an effortless, polished look and I have been having so much fun testing everything! I already know you guys are going to be VERY excited about the new cream blush sticks 👀 but surprisingly, the liquid eyeshadows have been my personal favorite so far. They are just SO pretty!
I can’t wait to share more with you and officially get Wonderblush onto the shelves at Shimmer! Launching VERY soon!

A rainy day in Montreal means I didn’t many photos, but it was only day one! Just a little reminder that Shimmer is closed through Wednesday, August 26th while I’m away, and we’ll be back open Thursday, August 27th.

Going through my camera roll and found these all the way from 2021…I can’t believe how much we’ve accomplished in this space and how many stunning people we’ve had the chance to work with.
This is still so much of what I love about the signature Shimmer look. Soft, natural, timeless, and leaving you feeling completely like you.
Feeling extra grateful that in our new expanded space, with two dedicated service rooms, we get to create more of this 💜
