We truly appreciate every single person who chooses to book with us and support our small business. We also completely understand that life happens — kids get sick, emergencies come up, and sometimes plans unexpectedly change.

Unfortunately, we’ve recently experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations, no-call/no-shows, and appointments being left without payment. Because our time is reserved specifically for each client, these situations have a significant impact on us as a small business.

Moving forward, a valid card will be required on file when booking all appointments. 💳

This isn’t about being unreasonable or not understanding that things happen. It simply allows us to protect our time and our livelihood while continuing to provide the best experience possible for our clients.

We respect and value your time, and we kindly ask for the same in return. 🤍
