I’m PASSIONATE about an emerald green, ya hear me??!
It’s one of my favorite hair colors EVER and I secretly always wanted it on myself, but it always came out like Easter basket grass 🙂‍↔️
if you ask me what my mission statement is as a hairstylist it’s probably: “finding the sweet spot formula for the juiciest, richest, NOT grass, emerald green”

Lavender can only exist on the lightest of canvases. And I don’t mean a p*e yellow canvas….

I’m talkin that hairs gotta be pretty dang close to white 😵‍💫

Luckily, my guest here might just be gods favorite…her hair lifts like a DREAM. we normally do white / platinum anyways

Lavender fades FAST so it’s a fun way to switch things up without it being a journey and half going back to blonde

It’s not impossible. it just won’t be a thing for everybody

Not talked about enough: coming BACK from calico hair

I ain’t gonna lie, it’s can be like a HUGE service

It’s a maze workin through all the “chunks” and using deep colors such as copper/red and dark brown can be problematic to remove later on.

GOOD NEWS this client liked warm colors (her hair was a bit orange) so we were able to work with what we had AFTER I took out her calico!

As long as realistic expectations are maintained, certainly a lot of magic is able to happen 😎

Ashley wanted calico hair but COULDNT HAVE IT

So we decided on caramel apple instead 😘 here’s why:

She was simply just too blue for school and when we went to remove it she turned GREEN! AHHH! (We honestly expected it bwahaha)

So instead of forcing her hair to do things it didn’t wanna do I was like…perhaps…we caramel appleize you. And it turned out SICK
