WRAC 2025 was everythinggggg🔥

It was incredible to get to reunite with friends, meet new ones, take in the most amazing education from top educators in our industry, and leave feeling SOOOO inspired to stay creative behind the chair!

I am so lucky to be able to share all the Redken knowledge that I have learned over the years with stylists all around… I am heading into this year of educating with a fresh mindset and so much gratitude for the role I get to play. 🖤

Thank you to those who made this whole weekend possible and thank you to those who voted for me as most inspirational in hair color and balayage… I have no words!🥹🫶🏻

We did that transformation on Luz’s hair back in January of this year🤯

She saw me in March and June for an easy root touchup and gloss… and then life happened and I got to see her again just last week for the first time since June!

We still only had to do an easy root touchup (just a bit more root this time 😉) and a gloss and her color is still looking insanely beautiful!! We haven’t lightened or done more than a touchup in a whole year.

I love creating colors that will grow out beautifully, don’t require massive appointments each time, and still look bomb even if you have to skip an appointment or two🙌🏼

Luz’s current touchup formula👇🏻
Root: Redken Color Gels Lacquers 05CB + 05RO + 40 vol (to get the max amount of lift out of her level 1 hair!)
Gloss: Redken Shades Eq Gloss 2oz 06cr + .7oz 05cc + .3oz 07cc on dry hair ❤️🧡❤️🧡

A reverse balayage has to be my favorite service to perform🤎🖤🤎🖤

There is something about adding all that depth and richness to hair that is feeling too light and dull that just makes me (and my clients) soooo happy!!

I am now a Redken Certified Design Stylist- it’s official💁🏼‍♀️

As I’ve been studying and practicing and preparing for months, I have been sharing with my clients about this journey I was on. A lot of them were like “uhhhh… don’t you know how to cut hair already?” 😅 and the answer is absolutely YES don’t worry guys😆

But there is a difference between learning and knowing hairCUTS… and truly understanding hairCUTTING as a whole skill. It was 🤯🤯🤯

This was like going back for your Masters… growing a deeper understanding and more wide-range skillset in the area of haircutting specifically.

It is so EMPOWERING to learn so much and to be able to implement it on my clients and while teaching associates in the salon. I could literally feel my brain growing through all of this🤓

I can’t thank & enough for all you taught me during Design Authority… it was truly game-changing for me, and I felt so prepared going into my exam because of you guys! I don’t think I could’ve had 2 better educators to learn from. Yall are the dream team!! ❤️

Everyone meet my newest associateeeee HANNAH!!!🥳🥳🥳

Today was quite literally our first official day together and she is already absolutely killlling it🔥🔥 She is so fun, sweet, kind, talented, and has already gotten MULTIPLE compliments on how incredible her shampoo and head massage skills are💆🏼‍♀️

Hannah will be working alongside me over the next few months learning allll the things from me, and I cannot wait for you all to meet her and watch her grow! 🫶🏻
