First workout of 2023 in the books!

I’ve gone back and forth all day about posting the second photo but finally decided that being 100% transparent is the only way to truly share my journey with you!

I’m stronger and faster than I was a year ago and I’m hoping to tone up and trim down this year more! 🤗

I’m not always motivated, I’m not always “in the mood” but getting back on track is about finding a rhythm, taking my products and putting in the work!
