I'm a little biased BUT it is my favorite room in the studio. I teach and practice all .wellness has to offer but Barre has always been my passion. Which is yours? No matter which one is your favorite, we've got you covered. If you haven't been to the studio, your first class is free. If it has been awhile, welcome back! Things in your life may have caused a break in your routine but we are always here!

I had the pleasure of spending Saturday afternoon with a group of amazing ladies at my Mala Bead Necklace Workshop .wellness. They made some beautiful necklaces and they can't wait for the next workshop.

Wow! What a fabulous evening with all these ladies .wellness for "All I Want for Christmas is Barre." We had a festive barre class with Christmas attire and music, and afterwards, we enjoyed each other's company with great food and of course, dessert! My heart is full y'all! I couldn't have done it without my husband's help!😘

The Barre studio .wellness. Who knew that seven years later, I'd be lucky enough to not only continue teaching Barre at the same studio I took my very first Barre class, but be a Lead Instructor and have two special people, Brian and Michele, who encouraged me to write a Barre Teacher Training program! I am so grateful for the studio, fellow instructors, and most of all, our students, who keep it real, work hard, and inspire me to be a better instructor!
