1. Wear blue light blocking glasses

2. Install screen filters on your phone
Modern devices use screens that emit large amounts of blue light. Use filters for phones, tablets and laptop devices to reduce blue and UV light exposure.
3. Install blue light blocking software
There are now apps to combat the amount of light your device emits. Check Google Play or the App Store for the latest smartphone apps.
4. Use low blue light bulbs
Energy efficient light bulbs such as halogen lights, fluorescent lights and even some LED lights emit large amounts of blue-containing 'white light'. Traditional light sources such as incandescent light bulbs or even fire (i.e. candles) emit far less, in comparison.
