We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for customers who visit our salon or contact us to learn about our beauty services.
Monday - 8:30am - 7:30pm
Tuesday - 8:30am - 2:30pm
Wednesday - 8:30am - 2:30pm
Thursday 8:30am - 2:30pm
Friday (Optional)
Responsibilities
Greeting clients as they arrive and helping them getting them settled
Booking new appointments over the phone and accepting walk-in appointments
Providing an exceptional level of customer service
Ensuring that each customer has a wonderful salon/ spa experience
Book and confirm appointments via phone and email
Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts
Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability.
